Appli Studio

Introduction

Appli Studio is the hub where a team plans its product and a software factory builds it.

Appli Studio is a self-hosted software factory for GitHub repositories. The team works on the product in the studio: projects, requirements, and the knowledge behind them. When a ticket is ready, the factory takes it from triage to production while agents do the work and gates check every step.

  • One place for the work. Each project is a workspace: its repository, deploy target, knowledge base, requirements, and the tickets moving through the factory.
  • Agents do the work, rules decide. A deterministic coordinator moves tickets through stations. Agents triage, plan, implement, review, and test; every gate is a rule over facts in GitHub and the deploy target, never over what an agent claims.
  • People approve what ships. Agents can't merge or approve. You review the pull request after review and QA passed; the merge is pinned to the exact commit QA tested.
  • Your tools, your machines. Each project brings its own tools (GitHub, Dokploy, its knowledge base). Agents run on your worker machine in T3 Code threads, so you can open any of them and take over.
